I’ve purchased tires for three cars over the last year. Most recently, I had two tires replaced because of road punctures. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The prices are reasonable, and the service is very prompt.

Tire pressure light on, but discovered no issue - and no charge!!
As soon as I called in (we had bought these tires a few weeks ago) and said the pressure light was on but the tires seemed to be fine, they said to bring it on in which we did. No issues with the tires, and happily back home after they re-calibrated the tire pressure gauge. No charge Thanks DT

On the fly
You dealt with an unscheduled minor problem pleasantly, efficiently, and without seeming to be upset: i.e. just made room in the schedule. You have been doing so for me since about 1975 This was at the Watertown facility Great people, whicjh is the secret sauce, isn't it!

on the road tire replcement
Royal was exceptional in helping me when my tire blew out while in traffic. He met me on the roadside to remove the damaged tire, and returned promptly with the replacement, which he installed. At all times he was courteous, highly efficient and professional. An excellent experience.

Spent $2K on Repairs and Left with a New Problem
I got a bunch of repairs done on my car the other day, and when I left, the speedometer no longer works. I am bringing the car back so that they can solve the new problem. I am not a happy customer.

Excellent service at Direct Tire in Watertown
I had not been to Direct Tire since the Peabody location was taken over by Sullivan tire (in 2021 I think). Sullivan tire has been hit or miss. I have stopped using them completely. So I traveled to Watertown, from Lynn, for new tire mount and balance (the mechanic also cleaned up my old steel wheels!). Bottom line is this: excellent mechanic work AND excellent front office service. Too bad about the Peabody location.
