Great Service!
Professional and friendly! Walked me through the service provided and what to expect next visit. I used to dread having to take my car in for service but JN Hyundai makes the experience pleasant and pain free. So glad I am able to take my car in there.

Customer Service Review
This was my first visit at this location waiwai loop since the beretania street Hyundai dealer closed. Made an appointment by phone and when I arrived the morning of my appointment I was greeted immediately and the service to my Hyundai Santa Fe was done right away and completed within 45 minutes. Your waiting area was very comfortable and your people were very cordial. I will definitely be returning to this place when I need to service my Hyundai again.

Aloha! Will & Lloyd are why I come back to JN Hyundai of Honolulu for service on my 2016 Tucson because they are dedicated to Excellent Customer Service! I met them at their previous location & have followed them to JN Hyundai of Honolulu because they greet me by name when I arrive, they find the best deals for my Tucson's service and they patiently explain the problem and the solution and answer any questions I have to help me make the best decision for my Tucson (and my wallet!). My service advisor William (Will) Bulosan provided my Wife Moon and me with outstanding, cheerful, and professional service during our recent annual safety inspection. The associated warranty repairs required extensive coordination with Mainland repair and tool facilities by Will and his staff and we successfully passed the safety inspection thanks to Will's hard work and dedicated service.
