Great Job!!
Went in for what I thought was a car battery issue. It turned out that my FOB was borderline low voltage issue. Since I had the battery in my FOB replaced <1 year ago. They provided me a free battery replacement for my FOB.

Brought my car in to repair the passenger rear door because it was not opening. Will B. was very helpful and professional.He made sure I was updated on the status of the repair. Repaired the issue in a day. Best convenience factor was the shuttle to and from work which made bringing my car in so much easier!! Thank you Will B. and JN Hyundai!!

Great Service
Making an appointment online was very easy. On the day of my service, the check in was fast and efficient. My car was serviced in less than an hour and a half, and the wait room had good social distancing with other customers. The cost for the service was on target and reasonable. I was in and out in an hour and a half. As usual, William and Lloyd did a great job in servicing my car. Happy customer!

From Arrival to Departure 10`s
My Service Reps. Lloyd and Will are just terrific. They remember my name, ask about different things and actually fix the car on time and on budget. Even the driver calls when he is close to our home to let me know.

I have never had any hidden costs or surprises. That is why when the JN Reps. recommned something I ussualy say yes.

I really like the car. But I will return to there and buy other cars because of the service and support. We have owned many luxury cars but the quality of this department and the respect of your time is top notch.

Excellent troubleshooting and repair
I was having trouble with starting my elantra, I worried that it was a computer problem. They had a tow truck pick up my car, take it to JN and quickly assested that it was only a battery issue still under warranty. While it was there, I decided to also have my scheduled servicing completed, they found me coupons and other discounts to help me with my payment. I expected to be without my car for a while, but it was completed within a day and they also saved me from having to pickup the car by delivering it directly to my home. I was pleasantly surprised.
