Really can't complain!!
As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile from Will the very helpful sale rep. He took my info and answered any questions that I had and the ones he couldn't answer, he physcially directed me to the person that could. He later explained oil change services with me and even gave me recommendations to which items were most important.

Overall, I don't have any complaints about my service done. I can't wait to go back to get another oil change, especially if Will's going to be there. He's a good asset to the Pohanka franchise. Job well, done!! ??

I don’t have anything negative to say. This is my second vehicle and I’ve been going to them ever since they were on St Barnabas Rd. One thing that can change is the people that work on vehicles should be more careful, before getting into a vehicle, they should wash their hands and put gloves on. My interior is beige leather and it was a mess. My service technician had it cleaned after I had mentioned it to him. There is no way the guy that worked on my vehicle could not see that he had black smudges in my vehicle.

Oil change for Hyundai elentra
Walked in the agent was very polite. I was proceeded into system he gave me an hour in a half time frame however I was finished in one hour. The waiting area was very clean and spacious and the snack were a treat. This is the second time I visited this location and I was impressed both times. I brought a new car in May of 2018 so let’s say this is my home town dealership now.

Quick follow-up and much improved service...
I had reported earlier regarding my rather disappointing experience with Pohanka Hyundai. I, however, was pleasantly surprised when I received a prompt response from a young lady by the name of Asia Coleman. We had a long, reassuring conversation over the phone a few weeks ago and she promised me that she'll try her best to work with me to fix the problems I'd listed in my previous submission.

It took me a while to get to the dealership since we live far from the location but I finally had the opportunity of meeting Asia on Feb. 18. Asia gave us a five-star treatment and worked diligently and professionally to assist. While the wheel alignment is still not 100% perfect (and that can be attributed to my over-analyzing nature),

Asia was instrumental in taking care of my concerns. She has promised to mail me the all-weather mats once they are available later this week.

All in all, the young lady is an asset to the dealership. She's a keeper and I'm glad we connected. I always appreciate people's demeanors and mannerisms and I want to give Asia a big thumbs up.

I lease two vehicles every 2-3 years and because of Asia's helpfulness, I might consider switching to the Hyundai brand for all my vehicles.

The only thing I was disappointed about was my glove box tension arm getting broken and not being informed about it before I left.

I dropped into Pohanka on a Sunday AM without an appointment. The Service Rep actually verified the cost of the estimate. They took me immediately and the car was finished in a little over an hour. Zero surprises, as usual.

Will Bishop was attentive and the wait time was okay. However, I’m disappointed with the service that was performed on my car. I’m not sure if what I paid for was performed. Will address my concern and had the issue corrected which was brought to his attention, but I wonder if all of the other services was performed by the technician. Most likely I will bring my car back here to be serviced but I will double check to make sure all services was performed.
