One more time they got me in when I needed it
I just bought a new ST 2 months ago and already have 9600 miles. I needed my oil change and tire rotation and I called my advisor, Tyler, who made it happen the next morning. Once again the service department always comes thru with great timely service.

Willingness to work with my schedule
I am working 60 hours a week out of town and I very rarely am able to get home,
I needed new tires for the truck
I bought there. I was able to get a sudden break in my schedule and they were willing to work me in and get them installed on a very short notice.

POOR SERVICE
I was out of the country and my daughter took the car in for service. No one told me or her when she got there that the service i purchased had expired so they charged her. They also said the tires could not be put on the car and she had to buy new ones along with other charges about mounting charges, lug nuts ect. She is a nurse and very professional and she said the man treated her poorly and acted like she had no idea what she was doing.
I have bought new cars when it was Tom Addis and was treated great. I will not be back !

Outstanding service, in and out on time, very professional and once again they took great care of me and my dog while we waited. The receptionist (I should remember her name, excellent person) remembers my dog's name, gets him water and treats, he loves coming to Mike White Ford as much or more than I do. Great Service

Arrived on time and was met by one of the service attendance. checking in a breeze and the waiting are always clean and neat. The coffee always very good. They have there staff are friendly and polite and also make you feel comfortable
I have my oil changed and rotated my tires and checked on everything and the service was good but there was only one thing wrong they forgot to put my sticker on my window and also my milage didn't show up on my dashboard because it's not marking my milage. I would like them to fix it because don't know how to repair it and also put my sticker so I can find out when it the next service is due

Oil Change
My wife and I brought our New F-250 Lariat in to have our oil changed, tires rotated and the DEF topped off. When we got our truck back we noticed that when the tech poured in the DEF it ran down the side of the truck and looked like it almost crystallized onto the paint. We felt the tech should have wiped it off. Other than that the service was great.

I feel they always have your best interest in store.
I came in today for a routine service and while I was still in the waiting room, Tyler came in and informed me that I had a recall on my vehicle. I had not yet received the notification that a recall was issued and was then informed that the parts were available and they could get this done today. I gave the okay and all came out well.
