On schedule and you charged only for what you agreed to!

Very good service!
Only thing that wasn’t under warranty or contract was an air filter... they asked for permission to replace it and I for me what the cost would be before they did it!
This is the second time they have treated me good, keeping me informed of my options and verifying that I could afford the p&l.
Very happy with Mike White’s employees!

Above and beyond

Connor and service team went above and beyond after I had forgotten to show to an oil change they quickly rescheduled me and got me in and taken care of. They made it convenient around my work schedule as well. Great service

One more time they got me in when I needed it

I just bought a new ST 2 months ago and already have 9600 miles. I needed my oil change and tire rotation and I called my advisor, Tyler, who made it happen the next morning. Once again the service department always comes thru with great timely service.

Willingness to work with my schedule

I am working 60 hours a week out of town and I very rarely am able to get home,
I needed new tires for the truck
I bought there. I was able to get a sudden break in my schedule and they were willing to work me in and get them installed on a very short notice.

POOR SERVICE

I was out of the country and my daughter took the car in for service. No one told me or her when she got there that the service i purchased had expired so they charged her. They also said the tires could not be put on the car and she had to buy new ones along with other charges about mounting charges, lug nuts ect. She is a nurse and very professional and she said the man treated her poorly and acted like she had no idea what she was doing.
I have bought new cars when it was Tom Addis and was treated great. I will not be back !
