servicing on auto was done quick and efficiently. customer care by Tyler was outstanding and professional. a great asset to the Parker Ford staff. he was more than helpful with the customer relations, explaining what was happening and keeping the guest informed of the service progress. pat on the back to Tyler!!

Rapid Service Amazing Staff Timely Completion.
I always have a great experience at Parker Ford, this particular time Tyler Jorgensen was so helpful from the moment I arrived he was professional, kind, and eager to help me. I had brought in both my trucks this day my F-150 and F350 he called me made me aware of any changes the vehicles had before just doing work, I felt that very important and upon completion he explained and went over with me again what was done to each truck. Excellent young man. Thank You

dan's excellent review of parker ford's service dept.
a service writer came up and met me as i opened the door, very friendly. he led me to the counter where he explained the process and showed me to the new waiting area. they serviced my car in quick time. they came and got me and explained all the details on my car, battery, air filter, cabin filter etc. and took my free service pass. they made me feel at home. and made me feel like they cared. this is the key for me. i like it when it feels like car people helping car people. you know, like how you go to a car show and even the meanest, hardest looking people walk by and you say something like " nice 55" or "nice ride!" , and the guy melts and smiles and goes "i know, right?" and all of a sudden you hit it off like you have something in common? car people!

We came in for an oil change. The technician noticed that we were at 60,000 miles and due maintenance work. He took care of it all got us a rental vehicle called us as to the status of our repairs. They did a wonderful job.
