A pleasant surprise
In and out in less than an hour. This was for “The works”. Oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, etc. closer to 1/2 hour. Wonderful waiting room in the showroom. All I all a very nice experience

Tyler was great to work with and made sure I knew exactly where the used vehicle I recently purchased was at. My tires were mounted and balanced and I was given a ride to the DMV. Plus, through the 27 point inspection, it was discovered I needed new front brakes. Tyler explained everything to me and even offered to get it in that day. Everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. The Parker dealerships are unlike any other, which is why I choose to make the hour drive past all other dealerships. Thank you!

Oil change appointment
When I made the appointment for my wife to bring our pickup in for an oil change I was told it would take about an hour so my wife scheduled the rest of her day accordingly. My wife asked why it took almost 2 hours and was told that you booked a lot of oil changes for the day. I rarely give a 5-star rating to anyone but in this case would have likely given at least a 4-star rating if you hadn't overbooked for the day so our appointment could be completed on time.

Outstanding customer service. The shuttle to Costco allowed us to make good use of our time while service was performed, and courtesy replacement of front brake pads was icing on the cake. Thank you for a great experience.

Oil change
The Mechanics did a good job on the change my oil.

My only concern was that when I went to pay I found out that they had also rotated my tires and I had to pay for that and I don’t remember the clerk telling me that that was part of the service.

He claimed he did.

I just remember telling him that that one of my tires was low on air, I don’t remember saying anything about rotating them. As far as I know, I was not told that about the tire rotating service. The clerk was adamant that he had told me. I just Gave up and not argue with him. I’ve had a bad week, did not need the stress of arguing with him.

They told me the tires need to be replaced sometime next winter. Winter is nearly over, I don’t know why they needed to rotate the tires to start with if they’re going to take them off in a couple weeks.
