My experience was the best I’ve ever had at Ford. I’ve moved over from western Washington. After years of having my car serviced at the dealership it was purchased, my experience at Mike’s Ford was a delight. My service representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. My car was ready to go!!

Joe in the service department has always gone above and beyond his service to help myself as a longtime customer to get my vehicles over the years the right service and repairs they need. Tyler and the rest of the service department are top notch whether it be something from the littlest thing to major repairs to keep my vehicles running and to keep my vehicles safe for my wife and I to drive. I will always be a longtime customer. And what is also great is they give you a free car wash card for Hippo Car Wash for having your vehicle serviced! Thanks to Joe and the Great Service Dept at Mike White Ford.

Great service, nice people

I purchased a Certified Pre Owned truck from Mike White Ford in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, in August of 2018. Since then I've had a few opportunities to have the truck in for oil changes. I've also had me wife's Ford Explorer in for the same service. Each visit was efficient and the folks I dealt with were professional and courteous. Tyler J. is the Quick Lane Advisor and is always positive, upbeat and helpful.

My wait time for an oil change/tire rotation was less than expected. A plus as prior appointments had taken longer. The staff is friendly and professional. This was my final free oil change service promised when I bought the vehicle. This time they earned another service appointment from me.
I did however have oil drip onto my driveway again after an oil change. It’s supposed to be a design flaw. It’s annoying and messy. Even if it’s small amounts. I hope my oil plug is not cross threaded and dripping again. I’ll watch and see. Current snow conditions make it hard to monitor for now.
Thanks for getting me in and out in a short period of time. See you next time.

Got there early, they got me checked in and vehicle was done faster than told it would be, didn't try to oversell me like some other places, didn't try to sell me new wipers or air filter The salesman who sold me the truck came out to talk to me and see if I needed anything, explained what the bulletins were

I arrived 15 min early for my appointment and my car stayed in the shop where I left it for the next 29 min. This was an oil change only - still took an hour to complete plus the time I arrived. There was a lot of standing around by the service employees.
