Fun day @ Dennis Hyundai
Todd Kistler is the best service advisor ever. I pulled in early Saturday Morning needing an oil change before a road trip. I was able to get in and out in about an hour with no complications and I did not have an appointment(I now know to schedule next time) but I love my Elantra and Dennis Hyundai does the best job ever.

Very nice but no carwash
Everyone I spoke to was very nice, I was surprised that they did not wash my car when they were done.

I appreciated A called to keep me informed of the progress. I do think it would have been nice had they vacuumed out the trunk and washed my car before returning it.

Service was great.
John was my first contact person. He explained how everything would work. Allie kept me informed as to updates of repair work. The transition of turning my car in for repair to rental car to getting my car back went very smoothly. Thank you John and Allie.

The body shop personnel
Answered every call in a Timely manner and make sure that all my questions were answered. They even called insurance company when the insurance company was giving me trouble to speed the process along.

I was happy to be able to take my Hyundai to a dealership that specialize in Hyundai in case I had any other problems in which I did. I think for the amount of damage that was done to my car the time that it took to fix the car was Reasonable. Also the rental car place with not far which made it very convenient.

Great place to service car only
As usual is very placentero servicing my car at the easton location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I only recomen servicing cars. Not for purchasing.

Once again, I'm blown away by how wonderful the service managers and staff are at Dennis Hyundai Easton. They are always more like friends and aquatintes than service providers.
