I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. I was told that this was because my visor was creating a drain on the battery because it wasn't connected. The visor was fixed for $306 and I was reassured that the battery was just fine. I was told that the battery was tested and could hold a charge. The following day my car wouldn't start again. I took the car back to the dealership after I paid for a jumpstart. This time, I was told that it must be the battery and since I got the battery in July at Walmart, I should take it there because it could be covered under their warranty. So I left, according to your advice and went elsewhere and probably will do so in the future.

I would like to apologize for your recent service visit. It is always our intention to fix cars without needing a return visit. I certainly understand your frustration. I am not sure why your battery tested ok if was not. I hope that the battery was still under warranty and you are not experiencing any other issues. Very quick work
Performed the 75,000 mile maintenance check in timely manner. I always use this dealer for routine maintenance and it seems to pay off - in this case, no problems that needed fixing.

In - out. No issues. No pressure.
These guys are awesome! They don't feed you a bunch of negative information if you decline something that they suggest may need replacing soon. No high pressure. Only suggestions.

Best place to bring our older vehicle.
Everyone has always been very courteous. The service reps always let us know what is going on with the car. Since it is a 2007, I feel it's best to bring it to the place that can best take care of all of its needs. That place is Dennis, I particularly love "The Works" package. I found it to be an excellent value.
