I’ve taken my car in twice. The first was right after I bought it so repair something small. They were amazing on that visit. They texted me asking if I wanted some additional recommended services as well as how important each one was at the time. They were quick and I left very happy.

The second time was for the services they recommended the previous time as well as an oil change. When I told the tech what I wanted, he also recommended a tire rotation. I agreed. A few hours later they call saying my car is ready. Once I pick it up, I notice it’s driving a bit rougher. I didn’t have time to talk to them that night, so the next morning, I call my dad. Within 5 minutes, he tells me my tires are worn down to the treads.
Nobody said anything even though they aired up and rotated all my tires. If someone had told me during my visit that I needed new tires, I probably would have bought them on the spot.
They’re great if you already know what your car needs. If you don’t then it’s gonna be hit and miss.

Murdock took care of my car issue no problem, which wasn't an easy fix.
With cars being more and more complicated with sophisticated electronics anymore, it's hard to pinpoint issues in a car when they arise. Murdock was able to find the problem and correct it quickly. I was impressed.
The service alley was a bit confusing. We weren't sure where we were suppose to park and who we were suppose to talk to. We even got passed on to different people where I think even they were confused at times. When trying to explain our concerns, the technician was interrupted by other techs and even dragged off once to do something else. Kind of annoying.
All in all it worked out and they took care of us just fine. Everyone was pleasant, nice, and helpful despite the confusion.

I had s fuel Gage that was stuck. You provided a ride for me to my home and the ride brought me back the next day to get my car. your staff seems to really care about your customers. thank you again. i plan on upgrading my car in a few years.
Your prices seem to me to be more than fair.

oil change was a snap
took my car in for oil change without and appointment. staff was friendly and service was good. took just over an hour but waiting room area was great.

Murdock Hyundai Lindon does it right
I've had my Hyundai vehicles for about 7 years. I have an Elantra and a Veracruz. They have always worked with me on repairs. They give me a list of repairs that the vehicles need, and I'm able to schedule them across several months. I always know what needs to be done, and that brings me peace of mind. They communicate well as a shop, and always keep me in the loop.

Poor Professional Service Techs
Service tech was rude when I called for an update on my car. It had already been in the shop for three weeks with no updates. They didn't talk to me about it when I came to pick up my car. Told me just to pick up my key at the service desk. Communication among the techs is poor. Not relaying information about car onto other service techs.
I will be buy another car within the next year but not sure if I will by another Hyundai due to the service I received.
