I felt business trying to recover money they lost for yearly state inspections by raising price of emission to be about the same as safety and emission in the past.

Prompt service, courteous greeting.
I was very pleased with my service appointment. From the phone call to schedule appointment, then the greeting by the technition, and the phone call to let me know it wss done. The lyft ride was very nice so i didnt have to sit and wait.

Great Speed and Service
I came in for an unscheduled oil change, and was told it would take an hour for me to be in and out. I was able to get in and out of the service center in less than 45 minutes, with my oil changed and car washed! It was the fastest service I've had at the service center and I am very pleased with my experience every time I get work done on my car, even if it takes a little while longer than expected (especially with me not scheduling services in advance).

Friendly and efficient staff. Thanks for all the work you do!

Great service. Fixed my car in good timely manner. Since I only could spend so much, have no credit. They went beyond there duty and took a hundred dollars of my bill.

I Love My Hyundai Vehicles
I fell in love with Hyundai products in 2010 and have only owned this brand. That said, the Lindon Utah dealership keeps getting bigger and I feel the service didn't keep up. I understand the demand on them as they seem to be so busy. I needed a new tire due to a road puncture that pierced the sidewall of the tire. The service tech. seemed distracted the entire time. He quoted me a 30 minute wait. While I waited I treated myself to the cool soda area and watched TV. The wait was extensive...longer than 30 minutes. There were several like me that still think waiting is cool. The gentleman near me received 3 or 4 updates on his service from another tech. while I waited. Les Schwab is a block away and at the busiest they seem to "Get R Done" in a reasonable time frame. My Kona I purchased for my wife only has 1500 miles and I wanted a matching tire. It seems that was impossible as the factory tire would have had to been ordered. I settled for another similar tire...probably a better grade but not a match. True, if I had gone to a tire center, I would have purchased 2 tires but in half the time or less. The staff in Lindon Murdock's dealership keeps me coming back, but I really don't like the service times. Sounds trite, I know, but, I lower my expectation with every visit. I prefer all service done by the dealership for warranty upkeep. Murdock Hyundai still has my business and I like my machines.
