Made a mistake, but made things right.
I got my oil changed on my brand new 19 Elantra. After the service was complete I went back to work. After I got off work I found my car was now leaking oil. I took it back the next day and they fixed it at no charge. My service advisor was great, and he was very professional about the situation, however I don’t think I can trust Murdock to service my vehicle after this incident

The people are so attentive. Very comfortable waiting area, and of course the popcorn and free drinks are a bonus!! Very friendly staff. Awesome!

The dealership listened to my complaints with my car, and then after diagnosing, listened to what I wanted done. They were also very attentive and followed up with me.

Time spent waiting.
I generally don't have any complaints regarding waiting, but this last time I waited over 2 and 1/2 hours to get my car serviced. Seems like a little long.
