Capital Heights Pohanka Hyundai Rocks!

It was Saturday afternoon and the low tire indicator came on in my vehicle. I went to the Capital Heights dealership for assistance and had an awesome experience. The service advisor promptly assisted me and took my vehicle in for inspection. Turns out there was a nail in the tire. I was pleased to find out that the tire could be repaired versus having to purchase a new tire as that would have been an unplanned expense. I waited and was on my way in less than an hour. I have been pleased with my vehicle and interactions with this dealership. Would I recommend this dealership....YES and I have!

Great service, Sean Tolton assistance was awesome. I had a important meeting in Baltimore and on my way from Southern Maryland my car stated to sputter as I was nearing 495, I made it to Pohanka and Sean arranged for a ride to pick up a rental car and I was able to make the meeting on time. My car was fixed and I picked it up on my return home that afternoon.

The mechanics are good in letting me know what repairs my vehicle need, the price and how long I can wait before taken action.

The place is convenient and near the metro station so I can leave my car knowing it is in good hands. I use to take my car to Ken Dixon in Waldorf for a vehicle purchase and repairs until the moved. The mechanics at Pohanka Hyundai have respect for their customers and seem to only want the best for them. I don't feel as if I am being taking advantage by telling me about repairs to my car that I don't need.
