Daniel GoodwinThank you for your rating and review. We apologize for the time it took to complete your service on your last visit. We agree that 2 hours is excessive even when we are busy; your service advisor should have kept you informed about the progress and expectations when you arrived.
We do hear sometimes about the length of time it takes to complete some services, but all vehicles go through a thorough inspection for safety and performance on every visit. We do know this adds to the time for any standard service, but you can decline inspection if preferred which will reduce the wait time for even routine services.

Part of having your vehicle serviced at the dealership is to comply with all manufacturer and safety inspections required for your particular vehicle. As a vehicle gets older, the manufacturer suggested service may change due to the wear and mileage of a particular vehicle.
