It was a pleasure speaking to you toady and I am very sorry we were not able to install your after market devise in your vehicle. The manufacturer has strict rules on installing electronics that are not designed by Hyundai.We look forward on service you in the future.

They get it right the first time!
Lakeland Hyundai service quickly assessed the issues with my car and repaired them in short order. The service department staff kept me informed and made every effort to insure I was satisfied.

Wait time
The staff is very friendly, the facility is nice and the complimentary snacks is a plus. I was there to just get an oil change and I waited for two hours. I think that wait time is a little ridiculous, but overall I love Lakeland Hyundai and will not take my car anywhere else to be servicd.

Thank you for your rating and review. We apologize for the time it took to complete your service on your last visit. We agree that 2 hours is excessive even when we are busy; your service advisor should have kept you informed about the progress and expectations when you arrived.

We do hear sometimes about the length of time it takes to complete some services, but all vehicles go through a thorough inspection for safety and performance on every visit. We do know this adds to the time for any standard service, but you can decline inspection if preferred which will reduce the wait time for even routine services.

Part of having your vehicle serviced at the dealership is to comply with all manufacturer and safety inspections required for your particular vehicle. Chris is great to deal with. He is very professional and gets things done the way they should be. We had an issue with an oil leak and once he got involved, he jumped all over it and is now producing results. Hopefully all of his subordinates listen and learn from him because I'm sure they could all greatly improve their customer service skills by following his lead.
