I had my Santa Fe in for an oil change went over to the salesman and asked about the upgrade offer same payments or less. I told him how much I owed. Then when he came he wanted to sell me some cheap. When I told him I was not interested in that he got rude

Cabin filter check should be done on every appointment and should include the removal of the filter to show every customer the condition; sometimes they can just be gently wiped off and other times they do need replaced. The removal (typically behind the glove compartment) of the filter as well as a full inspection of fluids, belts, hoses, tires, brakes and alignment should all be part of your overall inspection report.

We apologize if our service advisor did not clearly explain the services and did not provide you with the proper inspection. We will make sure your advisor Samantha is re-instructed as to the proper procedure and details of duties. It is never our intent to sell, offer or suggest any part or service that is not necessary for the operation or safety of the vehicle and customer. .
