Samatha Griffin is always ready to assist when you drive up. My mechanic was very knowledgeable. courteous, and professional. He kept me abreast the hold time I was there. The service manager introduced himself, and they made sure I had a loaner.

Staff was very Friendly , Courteous, Pleasant and Cheerful. Always a pleasure to see the Ladies who check you in. They are fantastic to deal with.
Routine Oil Change done in nearly the time promised. Asked for Wash/Vacuum with the Oil/Lube/Filter. Don't bother. Wash looks like they ran it through a sprinkler. Vacuum?? LOL!! NO DIFFERENCE NOTICED. Could do MUCH better myself! That or pay for it at a Car Wash that DOES Service you ask for.

Do NOT as For Prices on additional services, repairs, etc. The prices are Astronomical!! You can go elsewhere and have the same work done, buy the same items, etc. for about 1/4th of the cost. I KNOW. I DID. When the staff tells you the prices they simply expect you're just going to say yes.
I didn't and won't. Will NOT be going there for ANY Maintenance whatsoever! Sad Part is I drive all the way from Tampa to have things done, i.e. Free Oil Changes with New Car Purchase (Used to be more. NOW, Limited to 2 changes your first year then? You're on your own!). I'll not be driving from Tampa anymore to see them. I'll go elsewhere here in Tampa and save money just the same. IF I need anything, I WILL get in touch with my Salesman, Lou. He's the ONE bright spot in all of this. I've enjoyed working with him so much, I've bought my last 3 vehicles from him. Only one problem with a Hyundai Accent. Front Spoiler is TOO LOW to the ground! Better not go over ANY parking bars at stores! IF you do, get ready to pull that front bumper right off the car!!

Our 1 year maintenance has not changed and is fully explained when the vehicle is purchased (new or used) and what the service covers. Lu Santacruz is a great salesman and we truly appreciate your business over the years.

As for the front spoiler on the Hyundai Accent, it is a design issue for aerodynamic air flow and we have not heard of this issue until now. We will be sure to send your comments regarding the design to our regional manager and Hyundai Motor Corporation.
