No Service Advisor, Porter or Technician is supposed to make any adjustments to a customers settings, and if absolutely necessary to be able to move the vehicle, they are supposed to be adjusted back to the customers original settings.
We apologize for not having your vehicle back to it's original condition when you received your vehicle back.
