Just average.
The service manager is Chris. He is very professional. He will do whatever it takes within reason to help you out. The main problem is the length of time it takes to get anything done. I don't know if that's by design so you will stay longer so that you will be more tempted to buy or they just need faster service techs.

On time!
I have been dealing with dealerships for almost 20 years and most of the time I am the one calling to see if my vehicle is ready. Not the case this time I was scheduled for service at 12:30 and by 2:30 I received a call stating my vehicle was complete. It was just a simple fix the gas cap needed replaced but while it was in the vehicle had a recall for an intake issue and they took care of it as well. My experience was amazing!!

Don't trust the tech in completing tasks. Need to check behind them when completed.
Disappointed in the quality of work. Not serious to customers needs and seems to be interested only making additional charges and not correcting the task given.

Correction of proper service procedures
Service personnel failed to notify on service required. After speaking to the Service Manager, the problem was corrected the following day. The response to the problem was fast and applicable to the problem. The procedure of notification on problems has been corrected per the service manager. THIS IS WHAT KEEPS CUSTOMERS!!!!!
