Have to wait to long to pick up your vehicle.
They moved check out for service and no it takes a really long time. Also husband was trying to look at vehicle nobody even approached him.

Great and reasonable service. No pressure to service additional items.
Would recommend to everyone from anywhere in Berks co. Easy to get to and you can't beat it. Coffee, cookies and pop corn are great.

Great experience. Steve is great. Unhappy that bulbs needed to be replaced on my Elantra at my inspection appointment. Bulbs were replaced at my oil change one month prior. One bulb was warrantied although there was no specification of which bulbs were replaced one month prior. If more bulbs need to be replaced at my next oil change I will not be happy.

Nice people, just takes long.
The staff is nice, but it tends to take long for a standard oil, lube filter and tire rotation. I waited 2 hours and they didn't even rotate my tires. I'll continue to go due to warranty coverage but may pursue alternative options once that is done.

We consitantly try to accomodate our customer's needs.
Loaner vehicles being available are never an issue if they are scheduled ahead of time. Because of the demand/popularity of such a great feature as loaner vehicles, it is difficult to have extras on hand with little or no notice.

I would like an opportunity to speak with you about the matter so we may not have the same situation happen again.
