Your staff. The service department and the mechanics
From the time you enter the service department, you are greeted with a friendly hello. They are very helpful. I bought my car from this dealership and they have taken care of it ever since. But the best thing is that they are honest. I know I can feel safe in my 10 year old car and when it’s time to replace her I will be looking at your car dealership because of the excellent service.

Service quality went downhill
Since this place has changed names and ownership the service department has gone downhill. It is sad because the constant (and unnecessary) up selling is a major turn off. This place had nothing but the best all the way around and the new owners quite frankly messed it up. I will continue to buy my cars from there because Hyundai is where it’s at for me, but my service will go elsewhere. It truly upsets me to write this review.

Work done is always around the estimated time they give you. Staff is friendly. Customer waiting area could be updated some. Make sure to specifically ask for a driver (if you want to leave) or they’ll tell you no.

As long as I get straight honest talk and service at reasonable price, I'll be happy. I don't need -- or appreciate -- up-selling, but I want to know how to keep my car running well so I can finally hit 200,000 miles with the car.
