work was performed in less time then originally stated
recently had to take my Hyundai in for a recall......went in to set up appointment and service department personnel were friendly and courteous.....on day of appointment my vehicle was taken in for the work on time and finished 15 minutes less than estimated time stated for the recall.....

Masks
The only concern I had is the lack of enforcing a mask policy in your service waiting area, had to share the area with a gentleman who was not wearing a mask and coughing and sneezing, I would think with a pandemic running rampant in this country you would add least have a sign posted stating a mask requirement in your waiting room.
