My 5 Star Service Visit !
While waiting in the VIP Lounge, which by the way has the most Comfortable Chairs in the World, Mr. Michael Southern ( Service Director) approached me to assure me all was going well with my Service. It is nice knowing he is hands on with his Clients. I will continue to use Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale for service of ALL Three of my Hyundai's. They are the Best !!!

Excellent service, again!
I bought my new Hyundai Accent here at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale a little over six years ago and both my purchase experience and the maintenance of my car here every since have been excellent! Both this dealership and my Service Advisor Ricardo Garcia are a pleasure to deal with every time I come in. YES, it's "5 Stars" from me, and still love my car, too! :-))

Superior service strikes again!
The week of Thanksgiving my wife and I wanted to get a early start shopping and preparing, however our plans were thwarted by a non-starting vehicle. After attempts to jump start failed, we opted to have towed to Hyundai-North Scottsdale. I contacted Ricardo Garcia (Service Tech), he immediately got the ball rolling. Although the service load and schedule were massive, between Michael Southern and Ricardo they got our vehicle in for service, plus having shuttle service transport of from home back to dealership! Complete and customized service! Correct diagnosis, timely fix, and OUTSTANDING OVERALL EXPERIENCE!! KUDOS to Ricardo and entire Service team for ONCE AGAIN going above and beyond for their customers!!

eeeExcellent service ! Service advisor,Ricardo Garcia, listens to my concerns and instills confidence the maintenance will be properly completed !!
Very difficult to make a service department telephone appointment, sometimes it requires either several attempts or a call to the reception desk and a message left for the service department or advisor. I prefer to speak to a service advisor personally and ask questions rather than make a computer appointment.
