Great Service
My back window would not roll up, I did not have an appointment and just showed up. They were happy to help and took my car immediately and gave me a rental car. Love this dealership and if I had to buy another car, it would be from this dealership. Thanks for all the great service Michael!

I came in for one item to be fixed and then remembered I had one other issue for them to look at. The team said - sure and were able to resolve both with the one visit. Only critique is that it would have been nice if they told me it would take two hours longer to get things fixed than originally stated.

Thank you for the fantastic review despite the longer time to complete.

Part of your repair was a brand new update to the vacuum pump on your Tucson, and although we anticipate being able to that update in about 45 minutes in the future, yours was one of the very first ones we had done so we were extra careful following the steps to compelte it.

We appreciate your patience and we expect your next visit will be back to our normal Car Care Express standards.

Efficient Service Experience
When I pulled into the drive, I saw a number of vehicles ahead of me waiting to go into the service bay. Ricardo Garcia helped both me and another customer at the same time, nice work on his part. The lounge area was relatively full of customers, but my service work was completed under an hour. Very efficient!

The best service in Arizona!
There are two dealerships closer to my home than Earnhardt, but I go,out of my way to have my car serviced there. From the service advisor, Ricardo Garcia, who is outstanding, to the waiting room and it’s amenities, Earnhardt is the best.
