Ricardo explained Everything to me and was so friendly and so nice!!
Loved the service the
Minute I pulled up I was greeted with a friendly service man. He cover my seat and floor which impressed me because the last time I had service in California my front mat was full of grease!! Also Ricardo my tech was so very nice!!! Great Service!!!!

Malfunctioning latch on my Sonata fixed perfectly!
I called Earnhardt Hyundai service department regarding the malfunctioning of the latch in the trunk of my Sonata. Ricardo Garcia called me back and explained to me that it was covered by vehicle warranty. He instructed me what to do with the latch to prevent the trunk from opening while driving and have me come for a service right away. The latch was replaced. It works perfectly now and the car was returned to me washed and clean. Kudo to Ricardo and thank you for other team members at Hyundai service department. Keep up the excellent work!

Was surprised to get a call today from my service advisor. He wanted to apologise for being so busy checking me out after my most recent oil change and wanted me to know that he would be sure to take time with me each time the car came in for service. I am a senior woman and can now rest assured that Ricardo will make sure I understand that my car is getting everything checked out and "good to go" each time I bring it in. This will give me peace of mind. I love my Hyundai and feel safe driving it. Thank you, Ricardo!

Service advisor very rushed...hardly had time to speak with me...but oil change performed timely and car washed.
