This man is the face of your service department he spends more time with your clients than anyone else in that department, it is unfortunate that one individual can ruin all of the hard work and excellent service provided by the rest of your team!

I give three stars this time only as service is normally wonderful. Just disappointed my car wasn't ready when promised. Otherwise I highly recommend Tamiami Hyundai

A Dependable Dealership
I have bought three new cars from Rob Reilly at Tamaimi Hyundai. Conscientous, reasonable, answers my questions honestly and no sillyness. I would recommend (Rob) my salesman and dealership to anyone. The service center is well staffed and properly accommodated! Best thing is I am in and out as promised, no surprises and no hassles! Poor scheduling system.
When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told I didn't really have an appointment. Very confusing system and poor communication. Therefore, it took 2 1/2 hours to simply change a rear brake light.
