Poor service by service advisor, Paul N.
Never came and looked for me in the lounge when my vehicle was ready, even though I explicitly said I was waiting for. I unnecessarily waited for a third hour after the car was ready in two hours. He said "Oh, I called your cell phone, and you didn't answer." I did not receive a missed call notification, nor a voicemail message from him. Very poor customer service and communication on Paul N's part.

I felt like my car was taken better care of than my personal well-being. My advisor put their best effort trying to keep me informed on what services were being performed on my vehicle, as condition’s changed. The services were completed in a timely manner. The political atmosphere of the facilities management was apparent. Waiting on the faculties premises puts my health endangered. Social distancing and mask usage was horrendous. The only time I saw masked staff was in my car.

Service if Ioniq
Service was done as expected however, I have complained previously about a clunking or hesitancy in the transmission and they have not been able to fix it. They haven’t been able to replicate it. It happens quite a lot and the service tech should have taken the car out on the road and driven it in order to replicate the situation. I also feel that Hyundai should wash and vacuum each car after it is serviced

Walk In Oil Change
Walked in for an Oil Change on a very busy day. I told them I would wait in the Customer Lounge. Some 3 plus hours later I went to Service desk to inquire of status of my Vehicle. It was completed and the works order with my keys was buried under a pile of other works orders. My Vehicle was parked so far away after completion it was difficult to find even with activating the horn, instead of parking up front as completed. A better system of Mechanics placing completed Service Orders in a separate pile would probably correct this unnecessary wait.

Long Wait For Walk In Oil Change on Very Busy Day
Walked in on a very busy day to have a Oil Change on my 2020 Hyundai Venue. Told Service Writer I would wait in Lounge. After 3 hours I inquired on the Status of my Vehicle and unfortunately my completed Service Order with keys attached was buried under a pile of other Service Orders. Better system may have prevented working and completed work once Mechanic finished the job. System failure was not Paul's fault.

Longest Oil Change Ever!
I appreciated the fact that I was able to drive in (without) an appointment for a Oil Change. They were extremely busy and accepted my request immediately. They also honored a discounted $5 Coupon on the Oil Change. I waited over 3 hours in the Customer Lounge watching TV and finally decided to inquire of the status of the service. Buried under a pile of completed Work Orders was mine attached to my Car Keys. The Service Writer found my Vehicle parked in the rear of the lot.

Never got a call for when my car was finish getting service. I dropped it off at 11 am and I had to go check on the car at 6pm because nobody was picking up the phone... all was done was an oil change.
