I am a very satisfied customer.
I have been pleased with the service.
I did have an issue with my driver side interior defect that I am still waiting for a
reply from customer service. Should have received a reply back by now.
The service man took a photo of the defect and was to show his manager Monday.

This business told me I needed something replaced that is replaced infrequently and I had just replaced both 3 months prior. That is not the way to earn business.

Prompt and thorough
The service managers meet you and take you in in a timely manner. I wait for my Hyundai, and if I need anything beyond the regular servicing, they always come out to me with their findings. Always fair and thorough. I don't take my Hyundai anywhere but here.

Good service but....
My experience with service was great. However a friend with me was interested in a new Santa Fe ultimate and didn’t feel she was treated correctly. The finance person was short tempered and impatient. They lost a sale for $25 dollar a month payment disagreement. Also they tried to do the “games” at first. Since I bought two cars from them, I expected better and more .

Windshield Whiper repair
I am very pleased with the way the technicians at Tamiami Hyundai service my car. They were very accommodating and got my repair done quick and fast and I am so appreciative mostly for everything Paul did to me. Paul greeted me with a big smile on his face and when I left you standing there with the same smile. I want to personally thank Paul accommodating my repair and getting the job done so quickly.
