I had an appointment on June ? And I waited two hours befor zi finally asked someone if my car was done. It had never started and I had to com back on June 7 , too s much more service. I am not 100% satisfied

I filled out the normal customer service survey after my last car maintenance and was honest about my experience and expectations, not expecting anything to come from it. Today I received a phone call and an email from the dealership Assistant Service Manager to reconcile my concerns. Impressed and now knowledgeable on the communication that should take place to receive the care I expected.

Everyone very pleasant. Car returned clean and service complete- no returning for parts unavailable at time of service. Waiting area clean and well equipped for comfortable waiting if one chooses to do so.Only quibble no one called to let me know car was finished despite cell# on form.
