Orderly and clean
Orderly and clean, Going in for an oil change and wiper blade replacement was a smooth process. In the past it seemed a long wait , even with an appointment, but this time passed quickly as I went to talk to a sales rep about a car that had been on my mind. Good use of time and work was completed as expected.

Decent service but very lengthy
The overall process wasn't too bothersome, but I was at the dealership for over an hour and a half. My car sat out front for the majority of the time, and they didn't bother to reset my system, so it still tells me that I need to schedule a service appointment. The employees were very nice though, just lengthy.

The attitude of the employees when you enter.
Everyone wants to help. That is hard to fine in most businesses. Two of my good friends have purchased or are leasing Hyundai since I have purchase mine. They also are happy with the dealership.
