Sales great F&I not so much
Sales team was great to work with whereas the Finance Mgr was dishonest. When we tried to cancel items he sold us and he said it was too late to change the monthly payment on the contract. I've been in the business and know deals can be reversed.

We are so sorry you had a bad experiance in the finance department regarding cancelling the warranty. We can and will cancel the warranty and gap if you choose. Please reach out if you would like us to cancel the product you purchased. I believe the Finance Manager may have mis-spoken about the cancellation process. I believe your deal had already funded at Hyundai Finance, and cancelling the product can be done, However the refund would go to Hyundai and your loan amount would be reduced by amount of product. It would not lower monthly payment. You can reach e directly at (951) 699-6807 ext 320.
