Jessica,

We completely agree - this was not acceptable to any of us.

We reviewed your visit and we able to determine how this happened and our employee was disciplined in the severest manner.  We have always had a strict policy against smoking on the lot and there is absolutely no reason this should have happened to you or anyone.

My offer from our conversation yesterday remains, we would very much like to arrange to have your vehicle's air quality corrected with a non-chemical ionization procedure.  Additionally, we can promise this will not be an issue going forward.

We take our repsonsibillity to return your vheicle to you in better condition than it arrived seriously and we are so very sorry we let you down on this occasion, and know that we intend to make this right.

It is just relaxing if your in first thing in the morning. They are so accommadating, providing coffee, donuts, bagels, fruit. Makes the wait go by smoother.

Great service!
We are always treated with courtesy, promptness, knowledge and a smiling face.

Getting an appointment is easy and, if really necessary, we have been able to get in the same day as we call.

Our Service Manager, Norm Rosen, is an absolute delight, extremely knowledgeable, and makes sure the service on our vehicles is done right and in a timely manner.

O&E Towing Co -Towing my car
Customer service for HYUNDAI ROADSIDE SERVICE IS GREAT. After my towing order was in the system and my car disappeared for hours being delivered to the dealer, they got on it right away and found my car. They immediately seized my car back via a Hyundai reliable driver. What a happy ending to the mystery.

Earnhardt Makes You Feel Like Family
From my service advisor to my salesman, every one there makes me feel like Family. I can usually get my vehicle in with or without an appointment and am usually out of there within an hour or two. Norm Rosen always takes good care of me and my vehicle and makes sure that everything is done right.

Prompt and Courteous
Earnhardt Hyundai - North Scottsdale is always prompt and courteous. When I have an appointment set for service, they get me signed in very fast and they get right to work. Just as I'm settling in with a drink and breakfast, the car is ready!

I'd recommend them to anyone!
