It was just unfortunate that my car advisor was not present at the time of my service and who ever took my car service made me feel I was at his mercy.

Made the appointment online. Couldn't have been easier. Had service technician assigned (Norm Rosen). Outstanding. Made me feel welcome and confident. Good guy. Car was ready when promised and washed and vacuumed. Impressive. Really painless experience, which is what anyone desires. Unfortunately, the issue I had which brought me to dealership seems to still be there. Will need to schedule new appointment or discuss with Norm.

Excellent Service Department

They made servicing my SUV quick and painless. I was greeted upon driving up to the service lane, I was quickly checked and they provided a courtesy ride to my work. When my SUV was done with the factory recall. They contacted me and sent the courtesy ride to my work to pick me up and take me back to the service department. It was a pleasure talking to Tom the courtesy driver.
