very efficient, and customer focused

Norm, did a great job and even after finding out my light issue was not the light but a wiring problem, he got me a rental car quickly so I could go back to Prescott and come back the next day.

Hyundai Team Has My Back!

A little over a week ago I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and a new battery all for $42! Luckily my battery was under warranty, so I got a new battery completely for free. I did not plan to getting a new battery during that appointment, but the Hyundai team checked my battery and realized I needed a new one asap and went ahead and installed it. It was such relief to know the Hyundai team is looking out for me and my vehicle. I plan on never going anywhere else for my car needs.

Oh Boy! What a lucky break to catch that battery while you were here - there is never a good time for a dead battery and we're glad we found it before it left you stranded.

Our Car Care Express service does oil changes and more while you wait and we'll even test the battery with our complimentary multi-point inspection.

Friendly staff

Great customer service

I was having some transmission issues and brought my Sonata in to be checked. I was afraid of having a sizable bill and was happy to hear it was an unusual problem, but one covered under warranty. Norm was awesome. Earnhardt provided me a ride home and picked me up four hours later. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
