Great service everytime
I had an issue come up with my car door sticking in the back door and they were very courteous to take a look at this. Once the determined the parts had to be ordered they notified me. Autonation has always been good to me and taken care of my vehicles. Once the parts arrived I was called that day and set up to come in the next morning, their service center opens at 7 am and this was very convenient since I start work at 8 am and they even set up the courtesy ride so that I can make it to work!

Excellent Service...
We had a tricky issue with the VCM that wasn't presenting easily in the check engine codes and at first it was suggested that we do a fuel injection cleaning (for about $360), however, later that day, after the fuel injection cleaning, the check engine light came on and stayed on and they were able to properly diagnose the VCM. At this point they fully refunded me for the full injector cleaning given that really wasn't the issue. I appreciate their willingness to say it wasn't clear what the problem was at first, but once it was, they didn't want me to pay for services that didn't directly address the issue. That's good, honest, service to me.

Assistant service manager needs attitude adjustment
Not very pleased with how I was treated being a first time guest. At any other dealership I have always been welcomed with smiles and happy service members. Today was a different story as i was treated with disrespect and a poor attitude. I spoke with a few friends that own Hyundai’s they have agreed the service department is not up to par. Being in the customer service industry myself you should always be happy to help and be welcoming.
