Disappointing
Brought my 2012 Genesis in for problems with the engine revving for no reason and for lights turning on and off randomly. Was told they "couldn't find the problem" on either issue and that was it - not reasonable fixes - no offer at all to try and figure out the problem.

I find that very hard to believe this total disregard of, but I'll be looking for a new car elsewhere.................

Very helpful
We brought our Tucson in 30 minutes before service closed because we had an issue with a door that wouldn’t close. They weren’t able to fix it that night, but gave us a loaner car to use until they could fix ours. The service people there did a tremendous job making sure we were taken care of. Thank you!

Good service, but they didn't put my tire back.
The customer service I received from Mike (service tech) was exceptional. He was friendly and explained everything to me and was able to provide a tire replacement under warranty. The service was supposed to take about an hour, and I was there for 2 hours. They changed my tire, but left the spare in the back of my vehicle instead of putting it back under the car where it is supposed to go. I haven't gotten back in yet to ask them to put my spare tire back in place, as it requires another trip that's not so convenient during this holiday season.

Lack of consumer information
Wasn't told when I bought 3 different hyundais that I should get a particular service every 20,000 miles, supposedly this was the cause of.my engine failure

I have been using Hyundai Mall of GA for about 1 year and I can say they always have good pricing , great staff and service. My service guy, Mike is very knowledgeable about cars and had my car in and out just like he said he would. He is honest about repairs and I always talk up this service/ dealership to my friends. Tried to sell service apparently not needed
Told me they recommend an engine flush at 50,000 miles -- whatever that is. This service is not listed by Hyundai as needed.

Outstanding Diagnosis and Service
I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata to Autonation Hyundai Mall to have a recall inspection for the air bag control unit problem. As the service technician, Michael Hendrix, Assistant Service Manager, drove the Sonata into the service area, he detected a clunking sound from the steering column which I had never noticed. He told me about it and had it checked. They discovered a rubber coupling in the steering column had been damaged, just as Mr. Hendrix had suggested. They fixed the problem in short time and it was, apparently, still under the warranty, and there was no charge. Excellent diagnosis and service.
