Great place
I moved from out of state and chose this dealer over another group. Always great service. I recently had car trouble and took it there to be looked at. I decided against repair and purchased another brand. My reason for the new brand has nothing to do with the dealership in any form. If someone were interested in Hyundai, I would send them to hiley burleson

I have always been able to depend on the Hiley team to take care of my car. They are aware of all recalls and have notified me before they start work on an unexpected problem. Pricing has always been fair and they provide rentals when necessary.

It's average. Nothing stands out as exceptional but it's not bad either.
As for the service area I have no issues. It's the sales area I have great issues with. I had a very bad experience when purchasing my vehicle and I will never purchase another vehicle from Hiley.

1st Service Review
I was able to schedule a service appointment quickly and my appointment was completed in a timely manner. I was disappointed that the service manager could not take the time to walk down to where I was waiting to let me know my car was ready, but instead chose to yell down the hall to me. I would expect more professional behavior from this dealership. Since it was raining, my car was not washed. I was told they'd need a rain check, but received no further information regarding how to redeem such item.

Other than the less than stellar service on this one day, my experience with Hiley Hyundai has been excellent. I have a high quality vehicle at a good price, and the sales staff was great. I would still recommend Hiley Hyundai to my friends and family.

I appreciate that I have always been able to get a quick appointment for servicing, that it takes a minimal amount of time, that the service is well done and that I am not getting other services (that I do not need) sold to me. I love my Hyundai and this is my second one, but what makes it great is the service provided.

Promised, Delivered and then Some...
From the first phone call to set up the appointment, they thoroughly explained everything needed to complete my car repair. They gave detailed information about the costs of each repair, the purpose of the proposed work, and realistic time frames for completion. They did not pressure with extra, unnecessary maintenance. A minor issue was discovered during the completion of the work that we had not previously discussed, the service techs went ahead to get my vehicle running smoothly. They listed the work done on the invoice but also showed a credit to cover the cost of that repair! The work was done on time and for the agreed upon terms. They have earned a repeat customer.

Don’t have service work done here unless you have already had a second opinion & cost analysis.
This visit was for an oil change using a service plan I pre purchased. Had front wipers replaced.
My prior visit was visit was awful, unprofessional, and very clearly was being taken advantage of because I am a woman, or just thought I was too stupid to get get another consult. Fortunately I am married and have my husband to consult as well. I was quoted an ungodly amount for Brake service, over $650!!!!! and yes, I have the quotes to prove it. I had the same service done elsewhere for $189, someone named JD Kimbrough told me in writing that your brake service was $189 after quoting me well over $650 for this service not once but twice. He told me I did not receive that quote. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of, or being called a liar. He also told me I wasn’t aware of Hyundai warranty. This is my second Hyundai, and probably my last. So I think you need to be talking to your company management about pricing practices and about how NOT to take advantage of Women, or people in general, and to take some courses in not calling customers a liar. I had one other horrible experience prior after my tires were rotated. I was told I had to have new tires then due to insufficient tread depth. And that I was going to experience a bumpy ride. I consulted my husband, took car to a friend’s tire business, to be told they didn’t know how I got the 20+ miles safely because my back right tire was not tightened. I also was told I had at a minimum of 20K miles left on the tires you told me needed immediate replacement. I am still having Alan issue with a cut out in the motor that I have specifically mentioned on st least 3 other service visits, all of those visits were BEFORE my warranty expired. Of course you couldn’t find anythong wrong and just told me to come back. The coil I had to have replaced along with plugs BEFORE 70k miles should have been covered under warranty. What car ever needs those repairs at 70K!????? We just had same thing done to another vehicle for the FIRST time ever- it’s a 1992 Ford. So yes, pretty sure last Hyundai. And as far as recommending anyone to purchase a Hyundai, I’d say not very likely. Would love to provide you the details, but in same light am pretty sure that’s what your service techs are instructed. As far as repair costs you quoted- shame on you for taking such advantage of people.
