Clean, friendly, and usually fast service
I am always greeted pleasantly when I bring my Santa Fe Sport in for service. The facility is always clean and appealing. The time it takes will of course depend on what typr of service you'r ehaving done, but I have never experienced unreasonable delays here. My only suggestion for improvement might be to provide an area or at least a table for customers who might bring lunch or snacks to eat while they are waiting.

Check engine light
I came in to get my check engine light taken care of and immediately I was greeted, and my car was taken back for diagnostic and 30 minutes they found the problem gave me rental. Great job and I apologize I forgot the young ladies name that helped. She did a great job coordinating everything.

My service that day was great. Unfortunately, they did not have a part available to complete my state inspection and had to make another visit to get that taken care of. They did go the extra mile to make sure the part was available the next day.
