They mean well.
Everytime I have taken my car in to have the interior filter replaced when I turn on the A/C it makes a noise. This is absolutely ridiculous on a $43k car. I don't understand how they don't notice that before I pick up the car. Now I have to go back in and have them check it out again.

Multiple Problems
My vehicle has been serviced here multiple times the last few months. Each time, I have had problems with either an advisor stating things that were not true regarding parts, warranty not being entered, and a guarantee that was not followed through. I booked with a different advisor this last, which went well. However, the part they fixed is not working at all now and it’s only been a few weeks.

Excellent Customer Service
We've owned several Hyundais over the years. The maintenance packages have been a big selling point, both to ensure we're getting the required services and to have the dealership do a once-over to make sure all's working well. I have to say this for the app - it's so easy to make an appointment for any service needed, both days and times. We've always been able to get a convenient time for us to bring it in, and as we like to wait for it, have never felt it took too long. The service staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate how they explain everything to me at all points. It's also fun to browse the new models while we wait...which will probably result in our next model!

We needed some service and an oil change. The service manager Mary kept us up to date on what was happening. She made suggestions about what additional service work that was recommended but did push about what we declined. We appreciate her attitude.

"Fairy spotting in Burleson!!"
I had to have a family member's car serviced at the Hyundai in Burleson. I was dreading how unpleasant I believed it would be and the cost. Jami Golden was my service agent, or maybe I should say "Service Fairy!"from the beginning she was like a breath of fresh air. Her personality and consideration completely eliminated the stress of it all. I had the most comforting and enjoyable experience imaginable. I am so grateful for her she stood by me every step of the way and addressed all of my concerns with care as if she possessed a magic wand!. Service advisor Mary was great. Technician was thorough and knowledgeable.
Took my Tuscon Hybrid in because the low water fluid indicator was on even after refill. Regular maintenance was performed and the problem diagnosed. Found out something had chewed through the fluid container. Cost of repair was $508.00. Seemed a little pricey, but had to be done. Shortly after I get a coupon for service work. Cost of unit on Hyundai parts was $95.00. I understand a business has to make a profit, but this seems like a lot!

Suspicious mechanical trouble
After enduring over two weeks scheduling wait to submit my 2017 Hyundai ELANTRA for a door latch replacement as part of a Hyundai issued extended warranty, your service department went shopping for additional repairs under the hood. We were required to decline each of these recommended items of maintenance or repair, totaling over $1300. Upon reacquiring the car, the service engine light had appeared for the first time in my ownership of the vehicle. The code indicate misfiring on cylinder 3. While this kind of repair is occasionally needed, there was no need nor express approval to open the hood, remove filter, and do other inspection or have contact with the engine. We believe Hiley should be liable for repair that is suddenly and suspiciously needed in this situation. A screw and screw cap to the right rear door where the warrantee latch replacement occurred, was also later found laying loose in the backseat area.
