The only reason I cannot give a 5 star is their car wash needs to be improved. It bent my custom license plate cover and they did not notify me or try to fix or offer reimbursement. Had they done just one of those things I would be completely satisfied.

Good service --Bad Navigation Systems
I like the service department. They have been great . . . except for (in my old car) when my phone would not work with the Navigation System (from day 1). They could not fix that. I pushed all the way up, and was told that some phones just do not work. Blah. Blah. Blah. Their System was Bad! Thing is, I really liked my car, except for that one really annoying thing. So I spent thousands of dollars to purchase a new Hyundai that I love. Yeah, I spent thousands of dollars for a Navigation System (that works) in the same car that I had previously. Stupid, right? So now, every time I go to the service department I feel Stupid. What can Hyundai do to improve? They can give me a rebate on the cost of the Navigation System.

Mary Is my Service Manager. I have been there 3 times and she has been awesome all 3 times. She is very attentive to details and sensitive to the time it takes to get the service completed and you on your way. Highly recommend.

Great service, but stop with the emails
The actual service was great. The staff were very friendly and I had no complaints. However, the excessive amount of emails that now fill my inbox since the service and even a text requesting i fill out this survey is somewhat irksome. Reviews should come from honest customers who felt the need to provide feedback, be it good or bad, and customers such as myself shouldn't feel harassed into submitting a survey.

I dealt with Mary at the service center and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with my multiple recalls and other issues. She helped me get my car checked out and fixed up with no costs.

Mary Carter was the reason I decided to stay with Hiley Hyundai of Burleson. Mary's customer service skills and professionalism are second to none. I supervise a 15 agents team in a call center. I've listen to hundreds of calls, received hundreds of hours in training, and read more than a 100 books in customer service, leadership and business administration.
