I was invited by the service tech to download the provided link so that I could watch the service being done on my Hyundai Pallisade Calligraphy but could not download. However, this as a good gesture.
When I returned to pickup my vehicle I was sent a video of the service job with the announcement that both the cabin air filer and engine air filter needed to be changed. I checked the pictures per the video and both filters were not that dirty and validated that fact further. Please note that at time of service my vehicle had less than 10,000 miles.
When it came time to check out, I mentioned to the service tech that I would need for her to validate that the required service had been completed if asked by the extended warranty company of which the Hyundai dealership had sold to me. I was told that this was not her job. I called the number anyway in front of this service tech in case there were any questions so that she too could hear and validate the discussion and associated token number.
The tech stated that they had never heard of this before. I suggest that Hyundai train their service techs more thoroughly in this area and in customer service.

The service I received at Hiley hyundai was amazing. Mary Carter attended to my issue pretty quickly. The driver's seat was ripping at the seams and she took care of the matter within a week.

Great Service!!
I took my car to Mary and told her I just needed an oil change and she made sure they checked everything for me. I’m not really good about cars or have much knowledge with them (whoops) but they sent me a very descriptive video explaining to me every little thing they did to my car and why. Mary was also super sweet and makes sure your car gets done and gets back to you soon. Definitely would go back and have her help me again ?

Have the best service department. Mary is one of the greatest service advisors that I have ever had to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful when we bring our vehicles in. Doesn't give you the run around and doesn't try to upsale you on services that you don't need. I only take my vehicles here.

Repair early appointment
My car had to have repair to the axle, ordered part it comes in and I made my appointment to work with my work schedule… Mary was awesome and totally understand that I need to come home and sleep. So I could go back to work at the hospital. She asked several times is this time ok to call to get your car back to you… then to top it off the service director came to my house and picked me up and drove me to the dealership…. Car was done , got some sleep and back to work like it was nothing no big deal…. Big deal to me and my patients. Thank you girls.. you rule this dealership!!!

The women who helped us at the service desk were phenomenal. Very kind and helped us get our vehicle looked at quickly. The technician sent a thorough video explaining the issue. We received our car back in a timely manner. Will be servicing my vehicle with them in the future.
