AWESOME
My service advisor was amazing. She kept me informed of what was going on the whole time. Turnaround time was about 3 months but we’ll worth it. Thanks to my service advisor and the staff at Oxmoor Hyundai.

Service Department Excellent
Service adviser provided comprehensive explanation of car's issues and what it would take to resolve. Parts had to be ordered and she helped secure a rental car for me. Will always take my Hyundai to this dealer. They are busy for a good reason!

Great service, consistently.
This place definitely sets the bar in customer experience. Despite having closer options, I always choose to bring my vehicle to Oxmoor. I know the service is top notch. The services performed on my vehicle are done correctly, with care. The services advisors are honest and very personable. 10/10

The joy of being treated right!
As a single woman I’ve had prior nightmare experiences with other dealerships! However, Lacey, at Hyundai Oxmoor service Dept changed my mind! She went above and beyond to make sure my car and I were taken care of the right way! I would absolutely recommend my single women friends to come here! I had a situation with my car and was treated more than fair with pricing and service! I can’t say enough good things about Lacey and the service dept!

Needed a tire
Oxmoor once again came through! I had a hole in my tire and needed to get it replaced, so I went to oxmoor. They had the right tire for my vehicle in stock and were happy to help. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were happy to help me, since it was urgent. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. And the price of the tire was very fair. 10/10 would recommend.

Good service.
This is the 3rd Hyundai dealership that I made my "home" dealership after having very, very poor experiences with the previous 2... and it's hard to anger me as a customer THAT much.
I am so pleased that I finally found a dealership that has quality customer service and great communication. Only had to wait longer than projected, but that was due to short staffing- but literally, who ISN'T short staffed these days?!
