Replaced my starter
I had an intermittent starter problem and Oxmoor Hyundai replaced the starter and problems are solved.

Fixed starter problem/ very pleased
I had an intermittent starter problem. Oxmoor Hyundai replaced the starter and I am very pleased with the out come and how professional the maintenance staff is.

I am looking at a genies suv and when i decide to get one i will be getting it from Oxmoor .

Greasy hand prints
I've taken car here a couple times. Once for an oil change and another for warranty work. Both times I had greasy hand prints on or in my car upon return. The last time I was there was for warranty work. This time they left the cover that says turbo off my engine laying in the passenger floorboard.

Couldn’t get appointment for 6 weeks.
My car was under warranty and was stalling while in traffic and then was difficult to restart. The service is always good at this facility but not getting an appointment for 6 weeks was not acceptable.

Exceptional Service Dept
Excellent customer service from the service staff, especially Lacey! She is always helpful and understanding. It is imperative to deliver quality service and Lacey has done that for me with each interaction we have had with my car’s service! I feel like I can trust her with the recommendations that the service dept says that I need which is of utmost importance, especially in the car dept.

Great Service Department
I have had my Santa Fe since 2017 and during that time I have had it in for regular maintenance and service. In every instance the service staff has been polite, communicative and efficient. I feel comfortable with what they tell me and have a level of trust in their service staff that I haven’t found with other service departments.
