2 hour oil change
Love Hyundai but they need to step up the service technicians! took 2 hours for a complimentary oil change.

My service advisor Lacey is awesome!
It’s so great to be able to pull into the service drive and see a familiar face greeting you with a smile. Lacey is very patient with me and all of questions, answering my inquiries in a very patient and thorough manner. She knows that my profession requires me to be mobile at a moments notice and always ensures that I will be out in a timely manner.

Great service!
The service advisors are so helpful. They keep on top of what you need, and what is being done. It is so nice to drop off a car at a dealership and be treated so well.

Their wonderful employees
The service advisor Lacey Bobowsky is truly the best service advisor that I have ever had. And I have owned a Chevy, Fords and Pontiac vehicles. She went into detail about a recall issue that I had with my Hyundai. She told what the mechanic would look for to see if that issue exists. She gave me a time when the vehicle would be ready. And she was right about everything thing. She smiled the whole time. And just seemed to enjoy working with people. I truly appreciate her. And I love my Hyundai.

Friendly staff members
I had my vehicle towed in and by the next morning my service advisor was already calling to get everything set up. All was done in a decent time frame and the communication was perfect she responded well to my voicemails and was very helpful.

Manager kudos
The service manager Lacey is the best one I have ever experienced at Hyundai. During a hours long service for routine maintenance plus brakes, filter change, and wiper blade replacement, she kept me apprised of every key moment. She also was good at selling me three parts I had not intended when I scheduled. Her fine customer relations skills helped soften a delay in getting the proper rotator.

Employees don’t wear masks.
If you are concerned about your health at all during the COVID-19 pandemic, do not go here. Two employees were unmasked for the entire time my vehicle was serviced. One of them kept hanging out inside, unmasked, by the customer waiting area no less.

They're able to do regular service work like an oil change or diagnose and fix complicated problems.
I had a regular oil change and they treated me fairly.

Excellent recall service
Everything was exceptional from the 1st letter received from Hyundai to the follow up that the part was in, to the scheduling of the appointment to do the work. Have always been pleased with the service of Oxmoor Hyundai since we purchased the Accent Hatchback in 2011. No on but your service department has ever touched her.

Everything was great. Staff was awesome. One thing that could improve is the wait time. I was there almost an hour and a half for an oil change. Other than that it was an awesome experience
