In for a reg. checkup, oil change, tire rotation etc
I am a Ford person and have been a customer with Mike White Ford about 20 years. I am always treated well and the service department people are a great team! I entrust my car with them and have never been disappointed. Thank you to all at Mike White Ford!

Treated like a number not a valued client
Came in for a tune up. Oil, filter change, air filter, etc on my F150 Limited. . And a bunch of recalls. I have a prepaid Ford maintenance contract. Had to point it out to advisor. Then picked up the car and was charged . Had to remind him again, and receive a credit.
I showed up @8:15am for a 8:00am appt. They let 2 other cars through and told me they would try to fit me in! Got my car back at 5:00pm.
Have 5 recalls on the truck, but am told you dont have parts.. so i have to come back. Felt like i was nothing special, just a number and advisor follows the rules. Nothing more, nothing less.
Not a great experience. Just average. If there was another Ford dealer I would probably try them for service.

Not what I thought your place was like
I am a old fella do ask foruch but when I don't get it I don't go back my truck is the Hart of my business it has the wrong gasket on the oil pan it was on back order for some time so I sat . When it come In and time for my appointment we had a lost a family member so I told them to reschedule it so I wate now I go for a oil change and they tell me I must pay for it what happened to the 10 free oil changes they told me I got for the wate for the part that was when I had a plan ? So I ask for the gasket we can give it to you that not how it works so ok. If it was ordered in the plan is it not mine " no " so I don't think I will be coming back to you for service no longer so you people can have a good day

Bad
Went in to have oil changed and interior filter. Didn't need the interior air filter. The oil change seems ok but now my turn signals do not work. They worked when I drove there and have been working fine since I bought the truck. Now they don't work, and I will have to spend my time to fix or pay someone else to fix. My guess is someone did something and blew a fuse or something. Never had this problem before and now its inspection reports say," Multiple leaks rec further diag, Flasher Bulbs and Outer cab bulb out". I don't even know what that means. I asked the service person if it was the turn signals and he said no. He said it was the flasher, but my turn signals do not work at all now. Poor job. I will not go there again and will tell others what happen. Service should be better than that!
