Good experience

Went in for an oil change and was not really greeted or anything but the staff was nice when I spoke with them. Oil change took a bit longer than expected but had a nice lounge to relax in the mean time

The Works, it is simple

Overall, everything was great. Service department worked with me, and I was able to provide a digital coupon, which they were able to accept. It just made the experience "cheaper", but better. The service papers are easy to read, and they are happy to read through the inspection checklist.

Full synthetic oil change

Used one of the fairly frequent coupons that Mike White sends out for an oil change. Full synthetic, tire rotation, multi point inspection, and wash covered under the coupon. Great price, under $50. Staff was courteous.

I started visiting the dealership last year and have always had a positive experience with all aspects of the experience - scheduling (it takes a few days, but that's happening everywhere), check-in, explanations, and check-out.

The lot driver or oil change tech put oily footprints on carpet of our truck. what happened to putting down paper?
