I think your idea of detailing a pickup is deferent than mine
You guys did change the oil and fill the tank. You also got the sticker off the center console and the glue off the gear shifter and the start button but then Bill tried saying it was pitch like I had done it but noticed it before I had even left the lot. As far as the detailing goes the windshield never got cleaned you could still see the suction cup marks and the rear view mirror you could still see where the sticker was bill grabbed a towel and window cleaner and tried to get it but I could see smears all the way home which was pretty irritating. They didn’t even wash the outside of the pickup and Bill had mentioned that they thought about washing it but they figured it would just be dirty right away. The floor mats didn’t get washed or even pulled out I think because their was still dirt under them. Originally Seth had told they only needed it for a hour and a half but on the way down there Bill had texted me asking me if they had it for four hours.

Finally Starting To Listen To The Customer
Hey ,
Kent was great to work with. He seemed to want to get everything right for us. We found out we had two oil changes free which we had no idea. Checked in on our hood bubbling problems after waiting a year and a half to hear anything. I guess the hood is in we just need to have it painted.
Just waiting on Ford for the tailgate final fix for my F150. The first wasn’t enough I guess.

All in all this was a great service this go around.

2020 Edge oil change
My Edge was all finished with oil change and tire rotation and I saw it sitting outside in parking lot for over 20 minutes before I had to goa and check with "service" on why no one came and got me since my car was finished (My oil change was for 10am and I didn't get out until after 11:45.

Professional and Reliable Service
Efficient, professional and thorough. Excellent service. You will have to book service and especially repairs far in advance so keep this in mind but it is much better to have any required work completed by Ford professionals versus somewhere else.
