your missing out. As much as customers hate going back to the dealership with their cars for repairs, make their experience a memorable one or they will go to your competitor's. Or maybe even buy from a different dealer.

The efficiency of the service department and the friendliness of the staff.
The dealership is close to home, it's easy to make an appointment and service is very punctual, like the coffee machine (but wish there were donuts on occasion), coupons are available on routine work, and staff and service people know how to work with customers. Thank you for years of wonderful service.
