Friendly and Comfortable.
This was my first visit to Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett. I was very pleased with the service I got upon arrival. The staff was friendly, funny, and very helpful. They made me feel very comfortable as did the lobby which was very nice and inviting. I did not end up staying there while the work was being done but I would have liked to. Finally, I really appreciated the discount I got for having the Hyundai of Everett plate frame, the free carwash and the vacuuming of my car. Thanks!

I went in for a recall notice. While I was there I figured I'd have my oil changed. It seems when I go into other service centers the up sales start. They ( Lee Johnson ) looked at my records said I was up to date and everything looked fine. I paid for my oil change and was off.
What a great feeling not having to play games just to get the service you really want.

Thought I made appointment on line. l showed up at appt time only to find out I apparently didn’t complete on line scheduling. Even thought I was not on their calendar they fit me in and completed my oil change that I wanted and even completed an alignment that I needed in just over an hour. Grateful I didn't have to reschedule. Happy customer?.
