90,000 mile service
I had been dreading the major 90,000 mile service for my 2010 Sonata, as I knew it would be expensive ($595) and might have hidden costs as well. However, it was completed in just 4-5 hours, with no significant findings. And they gave me a 2018 SUV for the day, which I was almost reluctant to return for my own car. I will probably continue having my car serviced at this dealership (other than tires, oil changes, brakes, and battery) even after the 100,000 mile warranty is completed. I have great trust in them.

James Woll Service Writer is EXCELENT!!
I was there early for a 2:15 PM appointment. It was around lunchtime and most of the techs were gone to lunch. One adviser said it would be 60-90 minutes before they could start on it but James overheard the conversation and was able to put me right in! I was in and out in an hour! Not knocking the other gentleman, perhaps there was a cancellation that he was not aware of.
This is the 2nd time that I have had the service work done there and I will continue.

Thank you for everything you do. I had a lot of service needed and I had no time. They were able to get me in next day. I arrived at the dealership and they had my loaner car ready. I was there maybe 15 minutes. The next day I dropped off the car, paid, picked up my car in another 15 minutes. I was so busy and did not know how I was going to do this but they made it happen.
